Features

Norgren GT Development fuel caps incorporate

a unique combination of thermal, venting and

pressure relief to protect the fuel system in the

event of a ﬁre or a roll over. These devices ensure

that diesel fuel is not released prematurely,

while minimizing the opportunity for pressure to

build-up inside the tank. The safety devices are

engineered into rugged, aluminum die-castings

that stand up to daily use and abuse. All designs

meet or exceed FHWA guidelines for leakage,

drop tests and ﬂame tests.

Norgern GT also offers closure-only caps which

are custom designed for special applications

where a separate fuel tank vent is located in the

fuel tank.
